Drink plenty of water: Water helps rinse away food particles and acids that can contribute to tooth decay. It also helps maintain saliva production, which is crucial for oral health.

Limit coffee and tea: Coffee and tea, especially when consumed with added sugar, can stain teeth and promote tooth decay. If you do drink them, try to do so in moderation and consider using a straw to minimize contact with your teeth.

In addition to consuming a good diet, it's essential to maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush and floss daily to keep those cavities at bay.
